MCL is looking for competent and eligible tenderers to submit proposals for services to be provided in the year 2025/2026. Only qualified local tenderers are invited to submit their bids for the following:

The tendering process will be conducted through Competitive Bidding and is open to local tenderers only.

Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tendering documents at the office of the Secretary, Tender Committee, P.O. Box 19754, Mandela Road, Plot No 34/35, Dar es Salaam, from 09:00 AM to 04:30 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

A complete set of tender documents in English will be available for collection by tenderers at a non-refundable fee of TShs 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Only). Payment should be made by banker’s cheque or cash deposit to Mwananchi Communications Limited through CRDB Bank Account Number: 01J1005505400. Tender documents will be issued upon submission of proof of payment or receipt.

All tenders should consist of two documents: one original and one copy, properly sealed in a plain envelope. The sealed envelope should be addressed to:

The deadline for submission is Friday, 30th April 2025, on or before 10:00 AM. All tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend the tender opening ceremony at the Company’s Board Room at Tabata Relini.

Late tenders, portions of tenders not received, or tenders not opened and read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation, regardless of the circumstances.
