Job Summary
Our client in the plastic manufacturing industry is seeking a Blowing and Moulding Machine Operator to oversee the operation of blow moulding and injection moulding machines. The ideal candidate will have experience working with PET materials, water bottles, packaging materials, and simulants, ensuring high-quality production while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate and monitor blowing and moulding machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
· Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards and product consistency.
· Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
· Conduct quality control checks to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
Key Qualifications
· Prior experience in the plastic manufacturing industry, specifically in blowing and moulding machine operations.
· √ Hands-on experience with PET materials, water bottle production, and packaging materials.
· √ Understanding of simulants and other related manufacturing processes.
· √ Certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage.
· √ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
· √ Adherence to safety procedures and quality control measures.
