Request to Submit Expressions of Interest for Vendors for the Supply of Goods and Services for the Financial Year 2025/2026

National Council of People Living with HIV in Tanzania (NACOPHA) is a national grassroots-based organization comprising individuals recognized through organized groups, clusters, and networks of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) in Tanzania. NACOPHA is inviting expressions of interest from vendors to supply goods and services for the financial year 2025/2026, as per the categories outlined below.

Applicants must indicate both the category of supplies and the serial number of the services they intend to offer. Failure to provide this information will result in disqualification of the expression of interest (EOI). NACOPHA operates in Tanzania mainland, with its main office in Dar es Salaam and branches in Iringa, Dodoma, and Mwanza.

Category A: Supply and Delivery of Goods

1. NACOPHA/PREQ/001/2025-2026 – Supply of General Office Stationery (branded and non-branded photocopying paper, pens, files, etc.)

Category B: Provision of Services

1. NACOPHA/PREQ/017/2025-2026 – Provision of Courier and Postage Services (local and international)
