Job Overview:
We are looking for HR and Admin Manager in a plastic manufacturing company oversees both human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and hiring.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
