RFP for Legal Services at Maternity Africa

Maternity Africa is a Christian based not for profit organization that endeavors to provide fistula treatment and quality maternity care for all marginalized women throughout Tanzania, through professional excellence and in the example of displaying love, kindness and compassion regardless of race, religion and ethnicity.

Maternity Africa hereby invites highly experienced and technically qualified legal firms to submit their proposals for the legal service provision on retainer ship basis.

 The interested legal firms are expected to carry out among others:

1.       To support and provide legal advice on matters referred by Maternity Africa and where necessary conducts research on relevant policies, legislations, precedent and other source of law.

 

2.       To review the agreements, correspondence and any other documents submitted by Maternity Africa or their preparation for the purpose of protecting organization interest.

 

3.       To advice maternity Africa and performing necessary fillings and registration of documents relating to Maternity Africa activities.

 

Interested law firms must submit the following information:

 

                                            i.            Detailed Company Information, including the organizational structure.

                                          ii.            List of workers, including CVs of key personnel.

                                        iii.            Copies of valid quality certifications/accreditations

                                         iv.            The proposed retainer ship fees per annum

                                           v.            Copies of the following certificates:

a.       Business registration certificate

b.       Certificate of Incorporation

c.       TIN certificate

d.       VAT certificate

e.       Valid tax clearance certificate

 

Submission Instructions:

Interested law firms should submit their proposals in soft copy via email to the following addresses:

The hard copy should be submitted to the following address no later than 16:00 hours on 23^th December 2024:
