1. Director of Membership Services
Job type: Full-time

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic objectives and plans for the Membership Services Division.
- Oversee the preparation of annual plans and budgets.
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including staff and members.
- Ensure effective implementation of board policies, plans, and mandatory functions.
- Promote a high-performance culture and manage staff performance contracts.
- Coordinate professional development programs and registration of accountancy professionals.
- Supervise regulatory activities, including audit quality reviews and compliance enforcement.
- Enhance public awareness of the division’s services and activities.
- Liaise with the IT section for membership service updates on the website.
- Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration with a focus on Accountancy or Finance.
- CPA (T) or equivalent professional qualifications recognized by NBAA.
- At least 10 years of work experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.

2. Head of Legal Service Unit

- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the custody and maintenance of legal documents.
- Administer court case documentation and routine legal correspondences.

- Manage court proceedings and register legal documents such as mortgages and deeds.
- Ensure consistent administration of the Act establishing the Board.
- Participate in legal negotiations and contract obligations.
- Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M) and an internship or relevant training from the Law School of Tanzania.
- Registered as an Advocate of the High Court.
- Master’s degree must align with the candidate’s bachelor’s degree.
