Job Title: Accountant and Purchasing Assistant (1)
Job Summary & Purpose
The role of this position is to provide highly, organised and accurate financial reports, manage company assets, control procurement and associated administrative support to the company.
Accountant will deal with reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.
Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
2. Process bank deposits
3. Reconcile financial statements
4. Prepare, send and store invoices
5. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
6. Submit tax forms
7. Identify and address discrepancies
8. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
9. Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
10. Facilitate procurement
11. Good organizational and time-management abilities
12. Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or relevant field

Job Title: Marketing Officer (1)
Job purpose and Summary
To plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. Will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management. The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design, develop and implement marketing strategies that has been approved by the management.
2. Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
3. Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
4. See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
5. Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
6. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
7. Collaborate with other departments in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
8. And any other duty assigned by the Director
Requirements and skills:
1. Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role at a busy private company
2. Solid knowledge of marketing techniques, principles and good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
3. Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Creativity and commercial awareness
6. A team player with a customer-oriented approach
7. Degree or Diploma in marketing, business administration or relevant field.
