This Summer Exchange Program offers opportunities to all international students as well as U.S. Citizens. This Fully funded leadership program is offered at the University of San Diego, California. IELTS is not needed for the Hansen Leadership Institute 2025. The Hansen Summer Institute will cover all the expenses of the international candidates. This program does not require any fee to apply. As this Program is a leadership summit so there will be no need for your academic background. Students only have to show their Leadership skills, and ideas and also have to relate their skills with the aim of the leadership program.

Who can apply for the Summer Exchange Program in the USA:
- The Hansen Leadership Exchange Program is open to all Undergraduate, and Graduate students from all nationalities.
- This Leadership Program in the USA is a mixture of classroom instruction, workshops, and field tours.
- Under the Hansen Leadership Program, candidates will learn about different topics including resolution of conflict, mediation, cross-culture dialogue and management, social entrepreneurship, and public speaking.
Eligibility Criteria for International Candidates:
- Undergraduate students who have two years of college or university experience are eligible.
- Graduate students are interested in international relations, diplomacy, international economic development, and other relevant fields.
- Candidates must be between 20-25 years at the beginning of the program.
- Students must show their leadership activities.
- CGPA is not a part of the selection criteria.
- Letter of Recommendation from the Academic Advisor.
- Should have a valid international passport.
- Students who have never visited the United States will be preferred.

- Undergraduates with 2 years of college/university are applicable.
- Graduate student with an interest in international relations, diplomacy, international economic development, or related fields.
- Students must be between the ages of 20-25 at the beginning of the program.
Selection and Result of the Hansen Leadership Institute:
- The selection committee will review the applications of international students in February.
- The committee will send results to applicants through email in mid or late March.
