Mid-Term Review of HakiElimu
Strategic Plan 2022-2026
HakiElimu is a Tanzania Non-Governmental Organization with registration number 00NG0/R2/00066 with a vision for an open, just, and democratic Tanzania where all people enjoy the right to education that promotes equity, creativity, and critical thinking, with quality education for all.
Our mission is to enable people to transform education in and out of schools; influence policy- making
and effective implementation; stimulate imaginative public dialogue and social change; conduct research, policy analysis and advocacy; and collaborate with partners to advance participation, accountability, transparency and social justice.
Currently, HakiElimu is implementing its Strategic Plan 2022-2026 whose overall goal is Equitable, quality and relevant education powered by inclusive and democratic society. The strategy has the following Strategic Programmatic objectives: Promoting Equity and quality of learning for all children;
Promoting Citizens participation and engagement and Promoting Government’s transparency,
responsiveness and accountability. In addition, the Strategy has the fourth objective that focuses on
strengthening institutional capacity for the effective implementation of the strategy. The details of the

How to Apply?
Interested Consultants should submit their Technical and Financial Proposals (consultancy fees only) to
procurement@hakielimu.or.tz not later than 15th September, 2024.
