Consultancy services: Gender equality and inclusion. Analysis

of district plan and budget

RFP No. PIT / VUM/02/FY25

1. Plan International Tanzania is an International humanitarian child-centered development organization without religious, political or government affiliation. Plan’s mission is to achieve lasting improvements in the quality of life of deprived children in developing countries through a process that unites people across cultures and adds meaning to their lives. Plan Tanzania has a physical presence and implements projects in the following Regions: Dar Es Salaam, Morogoro, Geita, Dodoma, Mwanza, Rukwa, Kigoma. Plan Tanzania also works with other stakeholders in various projects countrywide.
2. Plan International Tanzania through Gender and Adolescent Girls’ Responsive and Inclusive Health and rights project; Adolescent Girls’ Health and Rights (VUMA) Project has set aside funds to conduct consultancy services for gender equality and inclusion, analysis of district plan and budget. The Interested eligible bidders must confirm their intention to bid indicating all relevant contact information including an email address to tenders@plan-international.org Attn: Head of Procurement and Logistics. Bidding documents in the English language will be sent to interested bidders by email. Plan International Tanzania will not be held responsible for any costs related to printing or submission of the bid documents.
3. Bidders are requested to submit Technical and Financial Proposals each be enclosed in a separate envelope and marked “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” respectively. The two envelopes shall then be enclosed in a single envelope.
4. Bidders must submit the proposals in a sealed envelope by hand to: The Country Director, Plan International Tanzania, Plot no. 496 Mikocheni Light Industrial Area, P 0 Box 3517, Dar es Salaam before 17:00 Tuesday 17th September 2024, marked the respective RFP number. Not to be opened before 17:00 Tuesday 17th September 2024. Electronic and Late bids will be rejected.
