We are expanding our team at Shose Farmhouse, Chalets & Campsite, located in the serene surroundings of Moshi, Kilimanjaro.
We’re looking for experienced and dedicated professionals to fill the following positions. If you have at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, we encourage you to apply.
1. Manager
Key Criteria:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. • Proven ability to oversee daily operations and manage a diverse team.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills. • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to implement and uphold high standards of service and operational efficiency.
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges.
2. Housekeeper
Key Criteria:
• Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, lodge, or similar establishment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and dedication to providing an outstanding guest experience.
3. Waiter/Waitress
Key Criteria:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to take orders accurately and efficiently. • Experience in food and beverage service, including handling special requests and dietary needs.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
4. Receptionists Key Criteria:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in handling reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Experience with hospitality management software and basic computer skills.
• A welcoming and professional attitude to ensure a positive first impression for all guests.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
