##  Job Vacancy ACCOUNTANT ##

We are looking for an accountant with 5+ working experience in Accounts.

Nature of our business Tour Operator Company, Job Located in Sakina area, Arusha.

1. Producing and organizing Original Books of accounts : Monthly Sales, Expenses of Company using the accepted Accounting system of our choice ( Quick book)
2. Posting  all data into Quick Books to have updated monthly financial reports for internal and External use .
3. Tax Invoices and EFD.
4. Bank reconciliations on a Weekly and Monthly basis .
5. Capture all incoming Funds  into the Company accounts received and Posted into EFD system to comply with TRA 
6. PAYROLL Filing statutory such as PAYE, SDL, VAT , NSSF , WCF to comply with government requirements on monthly basis
7. Filling all Withholding taxes and advice for payment.
8. STORES, Keeping records for Store Updating stock.
9. Liaison  with Our auditor to facilitate auditing work.
10. Must be computer Literature, knowledge of QuickBooks, Ms Office, Word, Power Point, Excel.
11. High standards of communication by email, Telephone and Writing Letter.
12. Must know all TRA, Rules.
13. 5 year plus working expiring in Accounts.

Starting Salary Package  Gross from Tsh 500,000.00 to Tsh 1000,000.00 

We have 2 Positions all candidates must have 3+ Accounts experience.
