More about this Expression of Interest (EOI) From African Development Bank Group (AFDB) In brief:-
The African Development Bank Country Office will relocate in line with the Government of Tanzania’s initiative to relocate ministries and foreign missions to the new capital of Dodoma. The current AfDB office in Dar Es Salaam will be relocated to a purposebuilt office and site boundary wall to be designed and built within a green field site of approximately 35,400 sq. m in Ihumwa Government City in accordance with the Bank’s Model Building Criteria and satisfying the requirements of Tanzania National Building Codes and Dodoma Municipality authority.
