On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Safari Sales Consultant, Your primary duties will include:
lUnderstanding and assessing clients' travel preferences and requirements through effective communication.
lDesigning customized safari itineraries based on clients' interests, budget, and duration of stay.
lStaying updated on the latest trends, destinations, and accommodations within the safari and travel industry.
lPresenting and selling tour packages, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers when necessary.
lProviding excellent customer service before, during, and after the safari experience. Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
lPreparing and managing all necessary documentation, including booking confirmations, travel itineraries, and invoices.
lWorking closely with other team members, including guides, drivers, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless execution of safari plans.
