Today NECTA has issued an Important Note from NECTA Regarding Rectification of Names, following a certain 'Announcement' which has been Circulating on Social Media, especially WhatsApp.
About NECTA
All national exams in Tanzania are administered by the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA), a government organization. Matokeo Kidato Cha Pili, often referred to as the Form Two National Assessment (FTNA) or secondary education examination, is one of the most important exams administered by NECTA. Through the implementation of Parliamentary Act No. 21 of 1973, the National Examination Council of Tanzania administers this evaluation, which assesses students' academic achievement in their second year of secondary education and offers crucial information that can effectively direct their future educational course.
In addition NECTA also oversees developing study schedules and curriculum . It also supervises and controls Tanzania's educational system.
