Job Position: Company Accountant (1 Position)

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) may be preferred.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Previous experience in managing daily financial operations, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Experience in preparing statutory accounts and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including aging reports review.
- Experience in payroll processing and familiarity with employment tax regulations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial accounting principles, practices, and financial software.
- Strong knowledge of statutory accounting requirements and compliance standards (e.g., WCF, NSSF, OSHA, NHIF).
- Ability to prepare and maintain general ledgers, fixed assets registers, and inventory records accurately.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting procedures. ∙ Proficiency in interpreting and analysing statistical and accounting information for decision-making.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior management, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make strategic financial decisions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and documentation. ∙ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity and ethical behavior in handling confidential financial information.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with payroll software and other financial management tools.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
- Willingness to stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to process improvements and efficiencies.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdiction. ∙ Experience in managing biological assets or inventory tracking would be advantageous.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and any other relevant languages.

Job Position: Head of Branch (2 Position – Arusha & Dar es Salaam)
Qualification: CPA Holder
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) may be preferred.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or accounting firm.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial accounting principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in preparing financial statements, tax computations, and annual returns.
- Ability to prepare and file VAT returns, provisional tax payments, SDL, PAYE, and other statutory filings accurately and on time.
- Familiarity with payroll processing, pension schemes, and NSSF monthly returns. ∙ Experience in conducting audits and providing audit support to clients.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

- Ability to adapt to changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry standards, and update knowledge and skills accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of the local business environment and practices, particularly in the Arusha or Dar es Salaam regions.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
