Key Responsibilities:

Ø   Lead and oversee the daily operations of our exclusive Safari Lodge.

Ø   Ensure exceptional guest experiences, blending luxury with cultural authenticity.

Ø   Manage a dedicated team to provide top-notch service and uphold our values.

Ø   Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications:

Ø   Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a luxury lodge in Tanzania.

Ø   Proven track record of successful lodge operations and guest satisfaction.

Ø   Deep understanding of Tanzanian hospitality industry and wildlife conservation.

Ø   Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Ø   Passion for cultural preservation and community engagement.
