Executive Chef for a beautiful lodge, nestled in Karatu, the heart of national parks, we are seeking a talented and innovative Executive Chef to join this dynamic team. As a luxury lodge, we present a unique challenge – catering to the diverse needs of guests expecting a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

·          Culinary Excellence: Oversee the culinary operations of Fine Dining Restaurant, Bistro, Coffee Shop, ensuring each offers exceptional cuisine. 

·          Menu Innovation: Develop innovative menus, catering to various tastes and dietary restrictions, from cutting-edge flair in Fine Dining to soulful Bistro meals. 

·         Guest Experience: Ensure an unforgettable dining experience for our guests, balancing speed, quality, and authenticity in our offerings. 

·           Local Engagement: Foster positive relationships with the local community, suppliers, and artisans, promoting sustainable practices and supporting the local economy.

·           Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a multi-faceted dining establishment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
