Responsibilities;
- Respond to incoming events from tracking units by contacting clients to confirm or verify that all is in order with vehicle
- Attend to inbound calls from clients testing units or requesting positions on vehicles
- Attend to client queries
Requirements
- Certificate/ Diploma holder (preferable in IT)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- 2 years Call Centre experience
- Vehicle Tracking Industry Experience – advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work shifts
