QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION
Required a Chef with deep understanding of Tourist Hotels / Camps, who will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring that all guests receive efficient service and high quality dishes as per our standards. To gain experience in all sections of the kitchen and ensure company and legal requirements are maintained at all times.
· Diploma/Certificate of Hotel Management in Food production
· At least 3 - 5years’ experience working as a Chef at Tourist hotel / Camps
· Creativity, confident and energetic
- Determines how much food to order and maintains an appropriate supply at the restaurant
- Works quickly and accurately during busy periods, such as weekends and evenings
- Occasionally takes on extra duties, such as cleaning, when the kitchen is short-staffed or the restaurant is particularly busy.
- Takes direction and works with the Camp administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
· To be fully aware of the preparation and service of all dishes on the Camp’s menus.
· To prepare and present dishes on Camp’s menus according to customer requirements.
· To ensure mice en place is carried out in your allocated area of work to meet forecasted demand.
· To maintain portion control guidelines in order to ensure the profitability of kitchen is maintained.
· To record temperature checks on food and in storage areas as directed to ensure statutory requirements are met and report any variances are rectified immediately.
· To ensure food materials are stored correctly and rotated to meet company and legal requirements.
· To keep food wastage to a minimum.
· To maintain high standards of working practices in terms of personal appearance and safe and hygienic working practices.
· To assist with the training of and supervise other members of the kitchen brigade.
· To assist with quality control and menu planning where appropriate.
· To practice the correct and safe use and care of all items of equipment.
· To report all damage, hazards and wear and tear occurring within your areas of work.
· To ensure all security and control procedures laid down are strictly adhered to.
· To assist with various cleaning duties as required.
· To be aware of product cost and kitchen gross profit targets.
· To assist with the ordering of food materials as required following company procedures.
· To consistently deliver superior customer service through our Customer Service Programme
· To be fully aware of and strictly observe Food Safety regulations and requirements.
· To attend training when required.
· To be fully aware of and strictly observe Health & Safety and fire procedures.
· To be fully aware of and comply with company rules and regulations as identified in the Company handbook.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION
Required a flexible, sharp, and energetic Waiter with deep understanding of Customer care and Serving skills, who will performs duties efficiently and servicing guest with higher satisfactions without any supervision. He must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.
· Diploma/Certificate of Hotel Management
· At least 2-3 years’ experience working as a Waiter at Tourist hotel / Camps
· Knowledge of customer care and friendly
- Basic math skills
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Team spirit
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Food safety training is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
• Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
• Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to up-sell.
• Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads or on the handheld Point of sale ( POS ) system.
• Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Filling in for absent staff as needed
• Make sure to enter the special requirements made by the guest while ordering the food. Eg: No Garlic, less spicy etc, without egg etc.
• Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
• Co - ordinate with the kitchen staff, bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Server food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
• Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
• Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering
• Desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
• Prepare mixed drinks for service to your customers table.
• Properly open and pour wine at the table-side.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
• Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort.
• Must have some familiarity with basic cooking skills.
• Assist with stocking and maintaining the restaurant par stock levels and side station.
• Make closing report and drop the cash with the CM / accounts department.
• Close the shift
