ABOUT US: The Maasai Rescue Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and protecting Maasai girls who have experienced various forms of adversity. We provide a safe haven, education and holistic support to help these girls realize their potential and lead meaningful life.

JOB TITLE: A BAKER

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

·         Baking education from any authorized institution

·         2 year experience

·         Knowledge of food production methods

·         Ability to work well with your hands

·         Excellent verbal communication skills

·         Ability to accept criticism and work under pressure

·         Female candidate preferred

·         Age 26 years old and above

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Baker at the Maasai Girls Rescue Center, you will:

·         Teach girls how to bake various things such as bread, cakes, biscuits and other snacks

·         To bake various snacks

·         Clean and maintain bakery area

·         Enforce health and safety regulations

·         Check quality of materials and conditions of equipments in the bakery

·         Monitor supplies and ingredients necessary for daily operations
