QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION
We required a competent and passionate Assistant Camp Manager with deep understanding of Tourism Management skills, well organized, details oriented with all camps operations skills.
Ø Degree / Diploma of Tourism or Hotel Management at a reputable institution.
Ø 3 – 5yrs experience working as a Camp Manager
Ø Proven experience as Camp Manager at Serengeti or other national parks
Ø Knowledge of proper management skills
Ø Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in camps operations
Ø Computer literate as well as competencies in data entry, analysis and stores system data base.
Ø Keen attention to details and ability to effectively manage a time
Ø Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
Ø Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Ø Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ø Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Ø Excellent interpersonal skills
Ø Highly self-motivated
Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Swahili
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate with office and sending room discrepancy lists.
• Preparation of Monthly camp Budget
• Monitoring of Stores database and stock taking
• Records data concerning work assignments, personnel actions, day to day presence cards, and prepares periodic reports.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Preparation of reports concerning room occupancy, camp expenses ect.
• Attends periodic staff meetings with other department heads to discuss company policies and patrons’complaints, and to make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
• Orient and familiarize new personnel with camp facilities and operating hours.
• Control all expenditures relating to your camp, including labor, guest room supplies, and all cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Monitoring of Camp Standard as per the company SOP
• Oversee any guest communications from your camp
• Assisting on supervising and monitoring of all Camps operations
- SALARY: Negotiable

Required a trustworthy, passionate Storekeeper Controller with deep understanding of Stores & Suppliers Management skills, well organized and detail-oriented storekeeper to manage all of the operations in our storeroom. In this position, a key role will be the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION
· Degree/ Diploma / Certificate of Stores & Supplier Management at reputable institution.
· At least 2-3 years’ experience working as Storekeeper / Controller
· Creativity, confident and energetic
· Shall have computer knowledge as well as Stores software / system
· Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
· Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stock taking & Inventory
· Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
· Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and document all merchandise received and paid for, assisting with inventory activities as necessary
- Assist in receiving all merchandise from suppliers
- Check all merchandise for discrepancies and damages
- Sort merchandise according to pricing and location at store
- Store merchandise in proper location to increase sales
- Maintain stock levels by checking stock on hand against sales reports
- Inventory items according to location and store policy
- Assign work orders to staff; record work performed and materials used
- Keep store clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise according to merchandising requirements and business operating plan
- SALARY: Negotiable
