Tigo Tanzania Services have been Restored following an Outage , which impacted users since Yesterday, the company has now confirmed the Restoration of the Services by issuing the following public announcement & Apology to its impacted Clients today on Sunday , January 21, 2024.
The Statement reads:-
Dear Customer,
We are pleased to inform you that our team has restored services that were impacted by the technical challenges resulting from multiple Fiber cuts.
We would like to take this opportunity to again apologies for any inconvenience caused by this outage and to thank you for your patience and understanding.
Continue to to enjoy service and products from Tigo, the fastest mobile network in Tanzania.
