On the fourth and Last Quarterfinal Game Simba SC earned a Narrow 1- 0 win over PBZ Zanzibar Premier League Side Jamhuri SC.

Mapinduzi Cup 2024 Semifinals - Fixtures & Results
The First Semifinal fixture will See APR on FC face off with Mlandege FC on Tuesday 9th of January 2024 while the Second Semifinal pits Simba SC against Singida Fountain Gate ( formerly know as Singida United) whereby Singida will seek revenge on Simba following their 2 - 0 defeat to the Msimbazi based side during the Final Group B Fixture, that will decide which side will face of the Mapinduzi Cup final on January 13, 2024.
