Requirement

2. MARKETING
Duty & responsibility

l Create and design compelling visual content for digital platforms, including social media, website and email campaigns
l Develop multimedia assets including videos, animations, infographics and interactive content
l Work with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals
Stay up to date on the latest design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant
l Manage and maintain a consistent brand image across all digital channels
l Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver beyond expectations

Requirement
l Extroverted and good at communication
l Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia design or related field
l Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices preferred
l Excellent creativity and ability to think outside the box
l Extensive experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation
l Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
l In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements
l Excellent communication and teamwork skills
l Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
l Have a high sense of aesthetics and be able to take photos and work with a camera

3. SEMINAR TRAINER
Duty & responsibility

l To conduct Fundi Seminar Training
l Solving usually problems & challenges, to address fundi issues to the company
l Provide tiles knowledge to Fundi

Requirement
l Fresh Graduate or two years ago graduate from recognized university
l Excellent communication skills both English and Swahili
l Strong social skills and on-the-spot adaptability
l Computer knowledge
l Humorous and outgoing, able to host large meetings
l Ability to work under minimum supervision
l Positive minded and ability to innovate new ideas.
l Teaching skills will add extra advantage
l Accept regular business trips and product knowledge training in the factory

 

4. SALE TRAINEE
Duty & responsibility

l Learning ceramic tiles/box knowledge from factory
l Maintains and develops relationships with clients
l Assists customers in providing them with information like product or service quotes.
l Practices and tests sales strategies by calling existing and new clients
l You will have chance to become official sale after training

Requirement
l New fresh graduation in 2022 from university or high school
l 18-22 years old male
l Speak and write English fluently
l Can use office software such as WORD and EXCEL
l Comply with company rules and regulations
l Accept irregular long-term business trips
