  1. ASSISTANT OPERATION MANAGER-1 POST.

 

REPORTING TO: OPERATION MANAGER.

 

Duties & Responsibilities.

  1. Assisting the operation manager in the daily activities concerning the lodge.
  2. Supervise all subordinates to ensure the daily routine works are efficiently carried out.
  3. Assisting in the monthly inventories.
  4. Supervision of repairs and maintenance of the lodge’s properties.
  5. Perform all operation duties during the absence of the operation manager.
  6. Working in guests service at front office or in any related departments.
  7. Available during the check in and check out of the guests.
  8. Answering office emails.
  9. Any other assigned job.

 

Education and Qualification.

  • Must have certificate or diploma in tourism or hospitality management.
  • Have the ability to work after normal working hours, on public holidays and on weekends.
  • Be able to work independently.
  • Highly motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Must have excellent customer care skills.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of all hotel departments e.g housekeeping, food and beverage, front desk etc.
  • Must be a problem solver and good in decision making.


  1. RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR -1 POST.

 

             REPORTING TO: OPERATION MANAGER.

 

Duties & Responsibilities.

  1. Planning and delegating duties to the waiters and waitress.
  2. Assist in maintaining customer service standard.
  3. Respond to customer request in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Attending to the morning briefing every day.
  5. Effectively communicate with kitchen, reception and store departments and make sure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly
  6. Collaborate with all restaurant members to serve the guests.
  7. Collaborate with all restaurant members in the preparation of table s by setting up lines, silverware and glasses.
  8. Maintain a clean and safe working area and be able to maintain personal Hygiene
  9. Any other assigned duties.

 

Education and Qualification.

  • You should ideally have at least certificate or diploma in Food and Beverage from recognized college.
  •  Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  •  Must have a knowledge of food and beverage.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Make the difference with a smile, eye contact, small talk and thank you for every guest.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must be able to handle customers enquires and complaints.
  • At least 3 years’ experience cooking in a well-established restaurant or hotel.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

 

  1. HOUSEKEEPING -1 POST

 

  REPORTING TO: HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

 

Duties & Responsibilities.

  1. Performs all cleaning duties inside and outside the guest rooms.

-Vacuums and sweeps floors.

-Clean and sanitizes bathrooms and toilets.

-Clean firefighting equipment and all items such as fane, table, chairs etc.

-Clean all doors, windows and ventilators.

  1. Makes beds and changes lines.
  2. Replenishes toiletries and towels every day.
  3. Welcoming guests and assisting to carry their luggage from the reception to the room.
  4. Conduct turns down in the guest rooms.
  5. Assist the check-out of the guests.
  6. Works closely with reception, laundry,
  7. Participate in the special event concerning guests e.g. birthday, anniversary and honeymoon.
  8. Any other assigned duties.

 

Education and Qualification.

  • Must have certificate or diploma in hotel management based on housekeeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in housekeeping.
  • Time management skills.
  • Strong physically and can stand for the long period of time.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  •  Maintain personal Hygiene.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

 

4        COOK -1 POST

 

REPORTING TO: HEAD CHEF.

 

Duties & Responsibilities.

  1. Prepare, cook, and present high quality dishes.
  2. Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products.
  3. Maintain food safety and sanitation standard.

4         Opening, closing procedure of the kitchen & operate kitchen equipment.

5        Follow recipes including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.

6        Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment.

7        Maintain a clean and safe working area and be able to maintain personal Hygiene.

8        Any other assigned duties.

 

Education and Qualification.

  • You should ideally have at least certificate or diploma in Food and Beverage from recognized college.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Be able to work in a standing position and handle extreme heat.
  • Knowledge of standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, storage, and sanitation.
  • Awareness of menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
  • At least 3 years’ experience cooking in a well-established restaurant or hotel.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

5        DRIVER -1 POST

 

REPORTING TO: OPERATION MANAGER.

 

Duties & Responsibilities.

  1. Provide transport to the C.E.O, Directors, Managers and staff when needed.
  2. Maintain company’s vehicle log book
  3. Performs all duties which are concerning to the company.
  4. Keep track of timely car insurance license renewal.
  5. Check oils, tires and report immediately in case of any problem.
  1. Participate in others duties such as helping in cleaning in the public areas etc.

 

Education and Qualification.

  • Certificate in ordinary level.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • At least 3 years in driving activities.
  • A valid driving license class C.
  • Have the ability to work after normal working hours, on public holidays and on weekends.
