Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria to apply for the Government of Flanders Master’s Mind Scholarships for International Students are:
1# The applicant must be outside of Flanders
2# The GPA of the candidates must be 3.5 out of 4.0
3# National ID and Passport
4# two recommendation letters from the professor of your home country’s university where you completed your previous degree
5# Motivation letter (written in English)
6# Transcript or Degree
7# English language test IELTS/TOEFL (IELTS score must be 7.0 & TOEFL score 90)
8# Your CV or Curriculum Vitae
9# Good knowledge of the English language
10# English language test results or Letter of Exemption provided by the University
11# students who have already enrolled in a Flemish Higher education institution are not eligible to apply.
