We are currently seeking a Headmistress for our beautiful childcare. Below are the requirements:
Academic Qualifications
A Degree in Early Childhood Education or Education.
A masters in Business Administration, Finance, Early Childhood Education or Education will be an added advantage.
Desired Character and Skills
1. God fearing.
2. Good leadership skills
3. Good communication skills in both Swahili and English.
4. Passionate on teaching.
5. Creative.
6. Good Emotional Intelligence
Experience
At least 2 years of working experience at a Childcare or Nursery school.
Responsibilities
Managing day to day running of the Childcare and Teaching.
Reporting
Reporting to School Directors.
