We want to increase our engagement with members more around their interests and events that they want to attend, we want to personalise our service more through targeted communications to add value to their lives and experience in using the service. In addition we want to monetise our members interests and drive revenue for Ten through increasing our communications with members, ultimately driving revenue and bookings.

Your role as an Entertainment Researcher will be across multiple genres of the Live Entertainment and events industry. You will be accountable for researching what events will be going on sale in multiple territories around the world and will begin the process of updating multiple stakeholders to ensure that Ten maximises the opportunity of securing access, communicating to members, driving requests and bookings.

In addition to the research element, you may be required to support our member communications team as volumes of micro mails grow.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate, dedicated, detail orientated person who is passionate about live Entertainment, Events and enhancing the lives of others. The successful candidate will be the fountain of knowledge as to new events happening around the world, our member database and what our members are interested in as well as a great communicator and project manager

This role is fundamental to Ten driving our Follow Interest/Artist proposition and Ten’s digital goals.

Responsibilities:

  • To establish and roll out monitor new events and ‘interests’ across multiple markets and territories as to what is going on sale
  • To proactively research and suggest new events and interests to be added to the ‘interests’ fields
  • To be responsible for liaising with member communications, partnerships and operational teams as to the update of the newly announced events and structure the action plan to updating members
  • To take accountability for ensuring all relevant members who are tracking that ‘preference’ are updated in a timely manner.
  • To take initiative to maximize the new event ‘going on sale’ for members and Ten
  • To manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure the research, communication and execution of updates are to the highest standards
  • Work alongside all stakeholders to suggest and contribute to improving processes to ensure efficiency and relevant working practices
  • To report back to stakeholders the successes/lessons learnt of each ‘announcement’ made

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working within the Entertainment/Event industry
  • Knowledge and passion for the Live Events Industry
  • Ability to be solution focused, data led and strategic to maximize output and results
  • Experienced in project management and process reviews. The ability to identify efficiency improvements and implementation of processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft apps including Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a marketing and research related role preferred
  • Can demonstrate experience of working within a customer-lead industry and strives to continuously deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
