Pots za Droo Ya Ligi Ya Mabingwa Afrika / CAF Champions League group stage Draw Pots
The group stage of the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League for 2022–23 will start on February 10 and end on April 1 of the same year.
The group stage of the 2022–23 CAF Champions League will include competition between a total of 16 clubs to determine the eight spots in the knockout stage.
In November 2022, the group stage draw will take place at the CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.
Four groups of four winners from the second round of qualifying will be selected at random.
The teams were seeded based on their CAF competition performances over the previous five seasons (CAF 5-Year Ranking points shown next to every team).
Each group featured a team from each of Pots 1, 2, 3, and 4, and the positions within each group were assigned to each team in accordance with their Pot.

Each group will play each other once at home and once away during the group stage.
Each group's champion and runner-up proceed to the knockout stage's quarterfinals.
