Simba SC Unveil new Jerseys in time for Simba Day. Simba Sports Club have today on August 7th introduced their new Jerseys that the team will use in the 2022/23 season.
The Jerseys which can been seen below in images released by the Club will initially be available for sale to fans at Vunja Bei Store in Sinza Dar es Salaam at Cost of Tshs 35,000 per each original Jersey, which includes the home , away and third choice kits , this while the club makes further arrangements in terms of distribution to other places.
The new Jerseys have come out later than planned this mainly due the change of the main club sponsors from SportPesa to M-bet , this after Simba failed to reach an agreement for a contract extension with SportPesa.
Simba's leadership has made it clear that this year's Simba Day festival will be unique and different from the past.
Ahmed Ally, Head of the Information and Communication Department within Simba has made it clear that everything is going well.
Their guests Ethiopian Champions St George FC, have already arrived in Tanzania to make final preparations for the friendly game expected to be played on Monday August 8, 2022 at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
"Our guests St George have arrived and we believe that it is a good continuation towards the climax of Simba Day.

"It will be a unique day and completely different from other Simba Day Celebrations that have passed and we are going to do something big and that will leave a mark," he said.
At the festival, new players and those who were with the squad for the previous season are expected to be introduced.
Among the new players are Nassoro Kapama, Habib Kyombo, while those who were last season include Enock Inonga, John Bocco.
The festival is celebrating its 14th year after its establishment and its founder is Mzee Hassan Dalali.
